Essential Job Functions Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, painting, pools/spas, and waste systems Complete service requests and repairs promptly and to company standards Assist with organizing and prioritizing maintenance tasks Ensure vacant units are rent-ready and perform turnkey work as needed Respond to resident requests and resolve issues professionally Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Must have own tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent customer service skills Benefits Through BGSF
