Explain the benefits of AT&T’s 5G network and Wi-Fi 6/7 routers in ways that lead to confident purchase decisions and plan upgrades. Conduct sales-focused connectivity assessments, recommending service plans that support multi-device households and increase customer lifetime value. Execute service enrollments and device activations with precision, ensuring each sale is documented and compliant with AT&T standards. Apply bundled offers, trade-in programs, and loyalty incentives to increase conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. Track and report sales metrics, customer feedback, and territory trends, contributing to strategic planning and performance optimization.
