The Company is seeking a VP of IT to spearhead a global technology transformation. The successful candidate will be tasked with governing technology decisions, delivering business results, and supporting the overall business strategy. This pivotal role requires a leader who can manage business risk, develop people capabilities, and effectively manage a budget. The VP of IT will also be responsible for influencing other business leaders, particularly in the context of ERP transformation, and must be adept at earning trust through clear and calm communication. The position involves leading a team of 18-19 internal staff and 4-5 external resources with specialized skill sets.
Applicants for the VP of IT position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA being preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus.
