What You’ll Do as an AT&T Management Trainee Engage customers directly to present AT&T services with confidence. Drive new customer acquisitions through direct sales interactions. Deliver product demonstrations that convert interest into results — bonus points if you make it look effortless. Support team performance by learning coaching and leadership fundamentals (yes, even the “fun” parts like accountability). Assist with territory planning and daily field operations. Track performance metrics and contribute to team goals. Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation.
