Sponsorship Activation Strategy Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Sponsorship Activation Strategy for a contract position in Chicago, IL. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Customer Acquisition team as a contractor. This role involves developing a comprehensive sponsorship activation strategy to expand our activation efforts. The position is based in the vibrant city of Chicago, known for its rich cultural scene, diverse neighbourhoods, and bustling business environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with building out a broad strategy to enhance sponsorship activation, working cross-functionally with various teams at the bank, including data & technology, marketing, creative, and operations. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Oversee ideation, development, execution, tracking, and measurement of sponsorship activation across multiple channels (events, hospitality, digital, experiential). Create activation plans aligned with brand objectives and sponsorship agreements. Identify opportunities to maximize ROI and enhance partner visibility. Qualifications: 5-7 years of sponsorship activation experience. 2-3 years of cross-functional strategy building for sponsorship activation. Experiential marketing experience. Experience presenting/presentation skills. Strategic capability shown by work completed. Collaboration/teams skills. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Ability to work with ambiguity.
