As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the go-to person for our customers, providing top-notch support and driving sales through exceptional service.

Your day-to-day as an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate: As an entry-level Customer Service Associate you will meet with clients in-person regularly to boost sales

Drive sales by promoting products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets

Your Customer Service Associate role will also include collaborating with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services in-person, providing accurate and helpful information to customers

Analyze customer feedback and concerns, using creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience

Generate new customer leads by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions as a Customer Service Associate
