Showroom Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Position Details: Location | We are currently hiring for our Coral Gables, Tamarac, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach location. Training will be at our Tamarac location for about 3 - 6 months. Therefore, the ideal candidate must live within reasonable driving distance. Schedule | Monday
Friday 8:30am
5:00pm. 40 hours per week, which include at least one Saturday shift per month 10am to 3pm as schedule permits. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants to perform the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met. Work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking between phones, emails, and various software programs. Support showroom sales by answering sales calls, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and resolving order issues. Ensure personalized customer service with timely responsiveness & proactive order management. Pay Range: $18.71 - $29.92 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
