You'll be: Handling, moving, installing, and cabling materials including unloading materials, uncrating racks, and moving them to their final installed locations Performing physical labor such as walking, using pallet jacks, and operating various hand tools to complete installations Using scanners, printers, and proprietary tools to unload and handle pallets of fiber spools, including counting, label printing, and label attachment Participating in dock operations by unloading, loading, staging, and communicating material arrivals and departures Assisting the dock supervisor and yard lead to coordinate dock bay operations and manage the manual movement of materials Supporting inventory processes by accurately assisting receiving teams with tracking and system processing of inbound materials Collaborating with various teams involved in unloading, moving, assembly, installation, seismic bracing, battery installation, repacking, and loading/strapping Flexibly filling in wherever needed to support ambitious departmental goals This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have prior experience in warehouse, assembly, installation, or material handling roles (preferred but not required) Are comfortable with physical labor and able to lift and move large or heavy components and materials Possess strong attention to detail, accuracy in counting, and effective communication skills Are willing to work as part of a team with a flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to shifting department needs Are available to work shift schedules as required
