The Sales Support & Administration Specialist is responsible for providing tactical and analytical support to assist sales reps in achieving their sales and territory goals by managing their business more effectively through troubleshooting order process delays/issues, acting as a subject matter resource for internal (Sales) and external (healthcare team) customers, and promoting use of RH Sales Tools. Additionally, this role manages the administration of the Sales onboarding & termination process as well as Acute Care contract programs. What You'll Do:
Triage inquiries from RH Sales related to home care orders including description and/or clarification of internal processes, current state, and insurance/patient coverage. Manage selected accounts in open territories by proactively reaching out and providing follow up when requested. Lead initiatives to support organizational efficiencies based on strategic pillars. Resolve order processing delays and issues by collaborating with Patient Care Services and sales. Identify and raise process improvement opportunities to alleviate administrative burden for RH Sales. Manage incoming calls from healthcare teams and hospital discharge planners. Promote an understanding of how to apply sales tools to manage & drive sales growth. Make recommendations to leadership on how to accelerate revenue based on vast knowledge of our customer based. Proactively manage patient pipeline and partner with Patient Care Services to ensure order efficiency for assigned accounts. Provide assigned accounts with exceptional customer service: Exceed expectations when fulfilling customer requests Deliver timely patient follow-up Prepare quarterly business reviews in collaboration with sale representative Act as subject matter expert of our internal process and function as liaison between internal teams & accounts as needed What You'll Bring:
Advanced knowledge of Respiratory Health business & processes Associate's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience 3+ years industry experience required and progressive experience in a customer service role High level of reasoning ability to successfully resolve a variety of patient, clinical and business issues Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communications and presentation skills Detail orientated with superior planning and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Third Party payer experience preferred Experience with TIMs, Salesforce.com, JDEdwards, and Power BI preferred We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $54,000 to $77,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
