The Parkersburg News and Sentinel and The Marietta Times are seeking a full or part time Outside Sales Multi-Media Consultant.
This position focuses on developing revenues from new advertisers and growing revenue from existing advertisers.
This position is ideal for those looking for an opportunity to help local businesses succeed in their marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
* Selling daily newspaper, magazine, and digital advertising to active and new businesses using verbal and written skills * Provide good customer service * Follow through to maintain long-term client relationships * Manage multiple priorities across a variety of platforms
Qualifications:
* Basic computer knowledge * Positive attitude * Organized and detail- oriented * Ability to self-generate leads * Strong problem solving and decision making abilities * Communicate effectively with peers, superiors and customers in written and verbal form * Maintain dependability and professionalism * Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under tight deadlines * Results oriented and high achiever
Compensation:
* Mileage Reimbursement Health, Dental and Vision Insurance * Paid time off * Sick leave * 401K * Hourly Pay $12 plus bonus and commission
Work Schedule
* Daily, Monday - Friday * Hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. * Most major weekend and holidays off
