The Infinity Senior Territory Representative plays a critical role in building strong relationships with our retail partners and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. This individual will collaborate with retailers to develop business plans, provide training, resolve service issues, and support major proposals and projects. Develop and execute tailored Infinity business plans with each retailer (e.g., sales and marketing strategies, sales forecasts). Deliver best-practice training for consumer sales (in-home, showroom, home shows), marketing, installation, and service to retailer personnel. Collaborate with retailers to measure performance, resolve issues, and drive improvements in sales growth, installation quality, service, and overall customer experience. Assist the New Business Development Manager with prospecting and onboarding new accounts. Serve as a communication link between Infinity and retailers to enhance sales and marketing tools. Provide weekly feedback to Infinity management on market conditions, competitive landscape, customer needs, and product performance. Travel daily throughout the assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed. Compensation: $85,000$100,000 base salary plus additional bonus opportunities, pay based on experience. You're a Good Fit If You Have (Or If You Can)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, preferred. Knowledge of window products, installation, and industry programs (co-op, rebates, incentives) preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and related tools. Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills. Ability to identify growth opportunities and think strategically. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results. We Also Want to Make Sure You Have

Experience with in-home sales (SFI model) or as a manufacturer's rep. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences. Strong planning and organizational skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and lead change. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs periodically. Marvin Is an Equal Opportunity Employer
