Requirements: No automotive experience necessary, but heavily appreciated Sales/customer service experience preferred Ability to work with the general public Strong multitasking and communication skills Valid driver's license heavily preferred Handle and prioritize phone calls, in-person customers, and communication with technicians What else are we looking for? Dependability - Requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. Attention to Detail - Being careful about details and thorough in completing work tasks. Self-Control - Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
