Graphic Production Specialist

Responsible for producing high-quality graphics, which includes tasks like preparing art files, operating machinery for printing and cutting, applying vinyl, and assembling finished products. This role involves hands-on work such as tailoring, sewing, and the final assembly of various graphic projects, often requiring careful measurement and a strong attention to detail to meet production specifications. Key Responsibilities: Art preparation: Ensuring that printed art files match the final, production-ready files. Production and assembly: Taking a comprehensive understanding of the project before starting work, and assembling final products accurately. Material manipulation: Performing tasks like pressing fabric, applying vinyl to surfaces, and making accurate cuts of materials. Finishing and packing: Applying laminates, and disassembling and packing completed graphic builds and stands efficiently. Quality control: Performing final checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Workspace management: Keeping the production area clean, organized, and well-maintained, with all tools and parts accounted for. Required Skills and Abilities: Technical skills: Proficiency in operating machinery for printing, cutting, and laminating. Manual dexterity: Ability to sew, apply vinyl cleanly, and assemble products with precision. Analytical skills: Ability to perform measurements and calculations to ensure correct sizing and material usage. Attention to detail: A strong focus on quality and accuracy throughout all stages of production. Physical stamina: This role involves frequently lifting and carrying materials, often in a loud environment with potential exposure to hazards like dust and heat. Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Greensboro, NC. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
