Pick, prep, and process eyewear orders while gaining hands on experience in a fast paced team environment. Join a dynamic team at a leading eyewear manufacturer where precision and teamwork drive success. You'll be part of a small, collaborative department dedicated to producing high quality glasses for customers daily. Order Picker Details: Temp-to-Hire position $15.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Pick frames and lenses according to order tickets and place them into trays for processing. Assist machine operators by preparing lenses for prescriptions and helping fold shipping boxes. Support various areas of the department with cross-training on different tasks. Work as part of a 6-person team processing up to 200 orders per day. Mandatory overtime on Saturdays and voluntary work on Sundays during busy periods Standing required entire shift. Order Picker Qualifications: Must be able to read and write in English and follow detailed instructions. Ability to stand for the entire shift and move efficiently in a fast paced environment. Team oriented mindset; ability to work effectively with a small group. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work mandatory overtime. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided with opportunities for growth.
