Retail Salesperson
The Retail Salesperson acts as the primary retail customer contact for NAPA. A person in this role assists with giving each customer a positive NAPA experience by listening for customers' needs, preparing correct parts, and maintaining personal and store image. Previous retail sales experience preferred. GED preferred. Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated. Other requirements include: Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift. Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds. Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
