Sales Representative
You will be responsible for generating new business revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products, services and content. Responsibilities: Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales goals Developing detailed strategic sales plans to demonstrate how to grow business within assigned accounts or territory Identifying and qualifying opportunities, develops a pipeline of viable opportunities and effectively manages the pipeline. Providing accurate forecasts, customer, and market intelligence to management and business leadership and to the account team Understanding and demonstrating an in-depth understanding of LexisNexis products. Identifying and communicating effectively with executives or other high level officials within a customer's organization Collaborating with other LexisNexis sales team members to secure new business. Providing input with account team on development of Marketing plans and programs to maximize goals. Requirements: Be self-driven, motivated and results oriented with new business sales (or hunter) mentality Have great new business prospecting, selling, negotiating and closing skills Have great verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audience Have the ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams Have deep understanding and use of Strategic Selling techniques and CRM system Experience selling into Corporate Accounts Experience managing a complex sales process implicating other key stakeholders within the organization We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-New York $72,100 - $120,200. If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $120,600 - $200,900.
