New Business Account Executive

At Ideagen, we help healthcare organizations manage risk, meet regulatory requirements, and operate with confidence. We're looking for a New Business Account Executive to grow our presence in the healthcare market by winning new customers. This role is focused on new-logo acquisition. You'll own your territory, create your own opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle in a complex, highly regulated environment where trust and credibility are essential. Success in this role comes from disciplined execution, strong conversion rates, and the ability to open doors and close high-quality new business. Responsibilities

Owning a defined healthcare territory with full responsibility for net-new business acquisition Proactively building a self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and targeted account engagement Identifying and progressing greenfield and competitive new-logo opportunities Leading the full sales cycle from first conversation through to signed contract Running high-quality discovery to understand prospect challenges, regulatory drivers, and commercial priorities Positioning Ideagen's Healthcare Guardian solutions as critical GRC platforms, not transactional SaaS tools Building credible business cases that clearly articulate value, risk reduction, and ROI Managing forecasts and opportunities accurately in CRM and taking full ownership of your number Feeding market insight and customer intelligence back into sales and product teams Skills and Experience

You're a proven new-business / hunter-style seller with a track record of winning net-new customers You're comfortable creating pipeline from scratch and owning deals end-to-end You have experience selling into complex or regulated environments and can navigate multiple stakeholders and decision-makers You bring strong discovery, commercial judgement, and closing skills You're disciplined, resilient, and thrive in a target-driven role without needing close supervision You sell with credibility and integrity, you know that trust matters in GRC and healthcare Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or compliance-led solutions About Ideagen Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
