Our client, a professional workplace in the legal sector, is seeking a Bilingual Legal Typist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Salinas, CA Pay Range: $21.00 Hourly Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls and other communications Scheduling and managing records. Conduct follow-up calls and communicate status Organize records and other materials Keep detailed records on a spreadsheet Tasks must be timely and be properly documented Perform other office duties as assigned Typist Requirements and Qualifications
Knowledge or ability to learn Adobe Acrobat Pro Strong verbal and written communication skills Clerical/customer service experience. Excellent computer skills Ability to work independently Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be able to clear a Background Check What's in it for me?
