Proven sales experience in senior living, active adult communities, real estate, hospitality, or event-driven sales Strong closing ability with documented success meeting or exceeding sales goals Proficiency using CRM systems with disciplined follow-up habits Availability to respond to new inquiries within a two-hour window (excluding weekends and holidays) Must Haves
Conduct high-impact, personalized tours that convert prospects into residents Execute consistent, timely follow-up communication via phone, email, and CRM workflows Plan, promote, and host community events that generate qualified leads and referrals Collaborate daily with on-site leadership to ensure an exceptional prospect experience Preferred Background & Skills
Experience selling a lifestyle product rather than a transactional service Event marketing or partnership development experience with local businesses or organizations Confident, polished communicator with warmth, urgency, and professionalism Creative mindset with the ability to generate new outreach and engagement ideas
