Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients to support their hiring decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database. Stay informed about trends and developments in the business services industry. Ensure a high standard of service delivery, aligning with company values and client expectations.
