FurstStaffing has opportunities to work with the board of elections in the upcoming election. These temporary Election Support assignments will offer you a chance to actively participate and play a vital role in the election process. Training will be provided at the downtown Rockford headquarters on the first day, then you will work at the remote location at Emmanuel Episcopal Church for the rest of the assignment. March 16, 2026 Hours: Feb 27th 9am (Training) March 2nd-6th 9am-5pm March 7th 9am-12pm March 8th 10am-4pm March 9th-13th 9am-7pm March 14th 9am-3pm March 15th 9am-4pm March 16th 9am-7pm All end times are approximate. Times may vary depending on closing procedures. Pay: $17/hour Election Support Responsibilities: Register voters Assist as needed Distribute ballots Monitor area Election Support Qualifications: Some flexibility with end times is needed, especially as the election day nears Affiliation with one of the two major political parties required Ability to stand throughout shift If you are interested in this opportunity, we would love to talk to you.
