Assembly Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm) Responsible for assembly of all internal parts into finished tower sections in support of fabricating wind turbine towers Equipment and processes include pneumatic hand tools, small hand tools for the assembly and installation of platforms, ladders and lighting fixtures Assemble components according to instructions, drawings and quality requirements Operate material handling equipment, fork trucks, bogies, etc. Assembly Qualifications: 1 year experience in heavy fabrication, assembly, construction and other related fields Must be able to read and interpret production drawings and technical work instructions Must be able to work in frequent awkward positions working at ground level and overhead inside tubes Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 40 pounds Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
