Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of social media channels for The Emily Hotel, Fora, and Selva, with strategic direction from the Marketing Manager
- Create engaging, on-brand content including photo, video, captions, and stories
- Schedule posts and manage publishing calendars across platforms
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community
- Track, analyze, and report on channel performance, providing insights and recommendations
- Scout and identify relevant micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers aligned with each brand
- Coordinate hosted visits, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up
- Communicate internally with hotel and restaurant teams to ensure smooth and successful influencer experiences
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in marketing, social media, or hospitality marketing preferred
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for brand voice and tone
- Experience managing social media platforms and basic analytics tools
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands
