The ideal candidate will have strong experience in architectural drafting and a solid understanding of construction documents and construction practices.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to incorporate design changes.
- Revise drawings based on redlines, field conditions, and project requirements.
- Maintain drafting standards and ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture (architectural drafting required)
- Strong understanding of building construction and drawing standards.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members, advisors, and clients.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- This role involves regular travel to job sites. A valid drivers license is required.
- Experience with Revit is a plus, but not required.
