About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Capital Markets with a focus on Equity Investments and Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial real estate investment platform, including equity capital raising, strategic co-investments, and acquisitions. This role demands a high level of entrepreneurial spirit, a strong network of capital partners, and the ability to drive capital strategy and investor outreach. The Vice President will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with various investor types, from institutional to family offices, and will serve as the primary contact for new equity relationships, delivering the company's investment story and supporting long-term investor engagement.

Applicants must have a proven track record in raising capital, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial real estate, investor relations, or capital markets.
