The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
* 2+ years in B2B sales and/or full desk recruitment
* Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
* Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.
* Competitive, coachable, and relationship-driven mindset
