** NOW HIRING: Account Manager **
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Account Manager to oversee key client relationships while also playing a critical role in driving inside sales and business growth. In this role, you will work with high-value accounts, provide exceptional client service, and actively contribute to revenue generation through consultative selling and account expansion.
Responsibilities :
* Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or CRM system
* Generate accurate and timely sales quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines
* Collaborate with the sales team, product managers, and other departments to ensure quotes reflect current product offerings and pricing structures
* Follow up on open quotes to assist in closing opportunities
* Maintain and update records of quotes, pricing, and customer interactions in the CRM system
* Identify and qualify sales leads and schedule meetings for the outside sales team when appropriate
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
* Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support ongoing sales efforts
* Support order processing and work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in account management or client success, with leadership responsibilities within industrial and/or distribution companies
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-profile accounts
* Valid driver's license (for client travel, if applicable)
