Location: Malvern, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $70 - 80 per hourWe're looking for someone with true UX experience who has experience with design systems and the design libraries that support them including experience with templates, components, and modules that help support the design system governance. Responsibilities:Strategic planning and intake: Attends team ceremonies and manages upfront quarterly planning and adhoc needs to determine support needs, facilitates resourcing of RED creatives, and schedules creative kick-offs for projects that require a content strategy.Strategic discovery: In-depth research from a content perspective. (i.e., User research testing, competitive analyses, audits, etc.).Strategy execution: Develops and delivers strategies (in partnership with UX and SEO) to support business goals and user needs. Communicates subject matter expertise and advocates for content best practices and principles to writers, partners, and stakeholders.Content messaging best practices: what content is needed, accessibility, SEO considerations, etc.Content architecture: structuring and organizing information to optimize user experience.Consistency and alignment with brand and platforms.Language optimization and alignment with SEO. (specific nomenclature and terminology).Test and refine experiences based on content preferences, readability, comprehension. Qualifications:Experience with UX content strategy and design systems.Experience with FIGMA/FIGJAM, or Miro.Strong relationship management: Seeks clarity and clear solutions by asking critical questions, identifying disconnects, and problem solving. Liaises between public site partners, RED creative partners, and stakeholders to align on strategic direction and manage feedback while adhering to the campaign objectives.Expert communication skills (story-telling, visualization, wireframes) and the ability to simplify information and distill details into high-level content direction, as well as get buy-in on content strategy direction from internal partners and stakeholders.Proven experience solving problems, dealing with ambiguity, and applying critical thinking skills to provide clear direction to internal partners and the creative team.Subject matter expertise:Content design expert.Strategic discovery and execution.Content messaging best practices: what content is needed, accessibility, SEO considerations, etc.Content architecture: structuring and organizing information to optimize user experience.Consistency and alignment with brand, platforms, and creative strategies.Language optimization and alignment with SEO.
