Overview

We are seeking a

Technical Writer

with strong experience in the

IT and enterprise systems

domain to produce clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role focuses on translating complex technical concepts into accessible content for a variety of audiences, including engineers, system administrators, business users, and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for enterprise IT systems, applications, and processes. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content tailored to technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with engineers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to gather information and validate technical accuracy. Develop user guides, system documentation, process flows, knowledge base articles, and release notes. Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards, style guides, and compliance requirements. Manage document versioning, reviews, and approvals. Maintain documentation repositories and content management systems. Identify documentation gaps and proactively recommend improvements. Support change management initiatives by updating documentation for new system releases and process updates. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a

Technical Writer

in an

IT or enterprise technology environment . Ability to understand and document complex technical systems and workflows. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience working with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical content. Proficiency with documentation tools and content management platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, MadCap Flare, or similar). Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with software development or infrastructure environments. Experience documenting APIs, system integrations, or cloud platforms. Knowledge of Agile or DevOps environments. Experience creating visual documentation such as process diagrams or system flow charts. Soft Skills Highly organized and detail-focused. Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Self-driven and proactive in identifying documentation needs.
