Key Role Be responsible for leading and overseeing theactivities of a requirements team as a Senior Agile Business Analyst. Develop team goals, and monitor and evaluate team progress. Lead and facilitaterequirements elicitation meetings with clients and other stakeholders. Identify client's business and systemrequirements and translate or decompose those needs into actionable sof twarerequirements, test criteria, and scenarios. Leverage expertise in domains, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capabilities to achieve goals. Apply expertise in the wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems and ensure those solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Work under only general direction. Determine and develop approaches to solutions independently. Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience with technology

3+ years of experience as a requirements analyst

Experience leading teams and client e nga gements

Experience withrequirements management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira, and Agileframeworks such as Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, DevOps, and SAFe

Experience distilling complex business processes into clear and actionable user stories with thorough acceptance criteria

Experience identifying and assessing customer needs, performing requirements gathering, and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues

Experience presenting recommendations to product owners based on findings

Experience c ond ucting current -state and target-state analysis and design for sof tware applications

Secret clearance

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, or CS field

Additional Qualifications

Experience working with federal and DoD organizations, including the Air Force and Space Force

Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully interact with clients

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
