Customer Sales Representative (Remote) Required Availability Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST Must be available to work one late shift per week: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST Assignment Information Start Date: TBD Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour, paid biweekly Benefits: Available after 90 days and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance 401(k): Company match available to full-time employees after one year of service on eligible enrollment dates Position Purpose The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for conducting initial and follow-up sales calls with prospective and existing customers while delivering a high level of customer service. This role focuses on educating customers about products, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer needs are met with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
