Your Key Responsibilities

• Help clients evaluate capital options, capture greater transaction value and achieve strategic markers—whether buying or selling a distressed asset, restructuring a business, addressing underperformance, or improving cash management.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of company operations, attend legal proceedings, engage in judicial management and support liquidation processes.
• Advise clients on corporate risk‑management issues.

• Project Management – lead project teams comprising colleagues from across the EY‑Parthenon sub‑service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience; or graduate degree and approx. 3 years of related experience.
• Interact with client C‑suite and senior management to evaluate liquidity, cash flow, and operational challenges.
• Prepare detailed complex financial analyses, including 13‑week cash flow models.
• Develop financial and operational strategies for turnaround and liquidity improvement.
• Strong financial modeling skills with robust, flexible models.
• Work under high pressure and adapt toørn dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ideally, You Will Also Have

• Finance/corporate restructuring experience.
• Client‑facing experience from a professional services background.

What We Offer You

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards and a wide range of medical, dental, pension and 401(k) benefits. Base salary range: $205,000–$235,000.
• Hybrid work model: 40‑60% in‑person collaboration for external, client‑serving roles.
• Flexible vacation policy, EY Paid Holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care and other leaves of absence.
