About the Role

Personalization is marketing’s holy grail. In this role, you will own and scale Attentive’s AI Journeys – the fully automated messaging product that turns shopper intent into high‑performing, 1:1 personalized consumer experiences. This end‑to‑end, high‑impact opportunity places you at the center of Attentive’s AI strategy, shaping how brands adopt automation and how consumers feel the future of shopping.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Build trust in fully automated messaging: Design controls, guardrails, and workflows that give marketers confidence to adopt AI‑driven personalization at scale.
  • Deliver clear visibility, metrics, and reporting that explain performance, outcomes, and trade‑offs, turning automation into a trusted system.
  • Translate complex AI decisioning into simple, intuitive marketer experiences.
  • Build tight feedback loops with enterprise customers and internal GTM teams to ensure the product solves real‑world problems and earns long‑term adoption.
  • Drive meaningful performance for shoppers and brands: Elevate the shopper experience with smarter, timely, and relevant messaging.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, analytics, and design to continuously improve results, including applying generative AI and machine learning to personalize content and optimize delivery.
  • Extend the product across channels and use cases to unlock more value for customers.

Your Expertise

  • 4+ years of product management experience, owning products from discovery through scaling and delivering concrete outcomes.
  • Deep customer focus with the ability to translate needs into intuitive product experiences.
  • Relentless execution, obsessing with details and producing results.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, learning by doing.
  • Excellent across product spectrum – from backend decision logic and system architecture to user experience and customer trust.
  • Bonus: Experience building or working closely with ML and/or AI‑driven systems.
  • Bonus: Past success unlocking adoption for complex products and/or optimizing consumer journeys.

Benefits & Compensation

US‑based applicants: base salary range $175,000 – $219,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. Competitive health & wellness, equity, and perks to help you bring your best self to work.
