We are partnering with a well-established civil engineering firm known for delivering high-profile transportation, infrastructure, and structural projects. The Structural Engineer will play a key role within the Structures Department , contributing technical expertise, leadership, and ownership of complex design and delivery assignments. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will: Lead and execute structural design assignments for transportation and infrastructure projects, including bridges and related structures. Produce and deliver high-quality structural drawings and plans using software such as MicroStation, OBD/OBM, and DOT design tools . Ensure project delivery within defined scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Collaborate across disciplines - interfacing with engineering teams, planners, and stakeholders to support successful project execution. Participate in project reviews, design coordination meetings, and quality control processes. 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience. ~ A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. ~ Strong background in reinforced and prestressed concrete bridge design , with familiarity using DOT design software and MathCad preferred. ~ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
