Travel to clients' locations, including homes, officesCopyright, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate notarization for a range of documents such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, and loan agreements.
Verify identities and certify documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications ÷ Skills
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
Notary Public commission.
Legal knowledge, witnessing experience, mobile notary training, communication skills, and professionalism are essential.
Preferred
Experience in legal, administrative, or customer‑service roles.
Bilingual or multilingual skills.
Advanced technology skills.
Legal background such as law, paralegal studies, or related fields.
Positive references and reviews.
Job Requirements
High‑speed Internet connection.
Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
Home office set‑up.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
