Market Documentation Specialist – Legal
Location: New York, NY
Responsible for leading the negotiation and execution of complex trading and investment agreements, including derivatives and collateral documentation, across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Law, a related field or foreign equivalent.
5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Senior Document Specialist, Market Agreement Specialist, or Agreement Negotiation and Drafting.
Experience drafting and negotiating derivatives documentation such as International Swaps and Derivative agreements, and collateral agreements; advising on cleared derivatives, swaps, and securities.
Experience leading negotiations and drafting complex legal agreements across multiple jurisdictions, including investment management, advisory, and trading agreements.
Experience assessing and addressing legal and compliance risks, including the European Market Infrastructure Regulation, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II, and the Dodd‑Frank Act.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $160,000.
