Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial
Executive Chef
to lead kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. This role oversees menu execution, staff training, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations and meal production
Plan menus in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines
Ensure recipe compliance, portion control, quality, and presentation
Train and lead kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment use
Manage inventory, food costs, and waste control
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Participate in meetings, training, and professional development programs
Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
High-volume or complex foodservice experience preferred
Catering, institutional, or batch cooking experience a plus
Hands-on leadership style with strong culinary execution
Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, email)
ServSafe certification preferred
