as a brand ambassador at home shows, conventions, festivals, and events, Jul engaging prospects, showcasing products, and scheduling appointments. Base Pay and Commission
Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr. High performing individuals can earn between $15-$19/hr, coupled with weekly commissions ranging from $750 to $1,500 (and above). Responsibilities
Approach and engage prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs. Maintain company standards for appearance and attire. Maintain a consistent positive attitude in all interactions. Stay current with product knowledge and promotions. Be reliable and available; schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. Assist with setup and breakdown of booth displays. Contribute to internal social media and company culture efforts. Use mobile data tools for customer information entry. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required). Self-motivated with a competitive spirit. Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clean driving record with reliable transportation. Availability to work weekends. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Capability to stand for up to 8-10 hours and walk for 4-8 hours. Willingness to travel_ITEM approximately 10% of the time. Benefits
