Job Description
Join GDIT and be part of the team that solves some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. The Navy’s Personnel Modernization (PersMod) program is searching for a Tier 2 Helpdesk Analyst to join their team in Millington, TN, or New Orleans, LA.
The PersMod program delivers sailor self‑service and automation of high‑volume, routine transactions, enabling legacy system consolidation and the development of interoperable capabilities that can be leveraged across the Navy personnel system portfolio. The Helpdesk Analyst will help manage customer requests and provide solutions to system issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
Software support for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS).
Customer assistance and problem resolution to a wide variety of customers across business areas.
Solutions to product or service‑related questions.
Responses to non‑routine customer calls, email, and web inquiries, providing a single point of contact for problem resolution.
Basic Qualifications
HS Diploma.
2+ years providing technical assistance and solutions in a technical call center or similar helpdesk position.
Navy personnel systems experience desired; NSIPS software expertise highly desired.
Secret clearance required.
