Project Designer . In this role, you'll utilize design, modeling, and drafting programs to prepare construction drawings to support Casey’s construction activities. The Project Designer provides support and management of their projects as required for successful completion.

What You’ll Do

Develop detailed construction plans using drafting or modeling software.

Manage project status, reporting information, external consultant teams, internal coordinated teams, and the project schedule.

Develop conceptual site plans for remodel projects and manage as‑built deliverables and scanning processes.

Ensure accuracy and quality of site documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain strong, open working relationships with construction teams, estimating teams, and Real Estate or M&A teams.

Coordinate with multiple consultants to ensure timely execution, oversee schedules, and handle payment processes.

Utilize third‑party 3D scanning technology to produce and verify accurate construction plans.

Work with local and state officials to develop plans thatAPON meet specifications.

Perform other duties as required.

Compensation Starting pay range: $54,000 – $68,000. Actual pay may vary based on assessment of candidate’s KSAs, experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors include local prevailing wages and internal equity.

This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Salary may extend beyond this range for growth within the company.养老k

Requirements

Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

At least two years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency with the AutoCAD design suite.

Knowledge of state and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations.

Knowledge of architectural and engineering design and drafting via appropriate programs.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and permit requirements.

Strong design and graphic sensibility.

Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi‑task and meet deadlines.

Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect.

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with 3D walkthrough and scanning technologies (e.g., NavVis Ivion, Matterport, or similar).

Experience in site planning and construction documentation.

Project management experience.
