Leasing Consultant – Be the Heart of Our Community Are you a people‑person with a knack for making connections? Do you love turning strangers into neighbors and apartments into homes? As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for every potential resident, walking them through the journey of finding their perfect home – from the first "Hello!" to picking up their keys.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartmentnok.
Show off our beautiful, move‑in‑ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm.
Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community.
Work closely with the team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top‑notch.
Help current residents renew their leases so they can stay in their homes.
What We Offer
Competitive pay + commissions – earn $25 to $100 per lease, paid monthly.
Full‑time flexibility – work on busy days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays/holidays.
Benefits – medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan (auto‑enrollment after 60 days).
Vacation time – 40 hours in your first year and sick leave per state requirements.
Holiday perks – get paid for holidays or earn extra if you’re scheduled to work.

Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to function well in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales required.
Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes.
Physical Requirements
Expected work hours: Friday and Saturday weekly, sundays on an as‑needed basis, and holidays during peak business hours.
Work environment: general office environment; lift or move items up to 10 pounds.
Move about the property: sit or stand for extended periods, walk, and climb stairs in various weather conditions.
FLS régistrée: Nonexempt.
