WTSA Security is seeking a dedicated HR Representative to join our team in Statesville, NC. As an HR Representative at WTSA Security, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to deliver elite safety solutions across the Carolinas. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in HR operations, we want to hear from you! This position includes recruiting, with travel from time to time, as well as job fairs.
Daily Responsibilities
Manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Recruiting and job fairs
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
Conduct exit interviews and handle unemployment claims
Assist with full cycle recruiting and interview scheduling
Administer benefits enrollment and leave administration
Required Skills
Experience in HR operations and employment law
Knowledge of HR metrics and HR systems
Proficiency in HRIS management and offer letters
Strong leadership skills in HR compliance and open enrollment
Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
