Compensation Pay Range $15.16 – $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance premiums, which may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, بمع facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Essential Job Functions
Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi‑5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
Greet retail or walk‑in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
Assist installers and service specialists in serving professional customers as directed.
Complete assigned company training relevant to the position.
Provide excellent telephone service by answering calls, accurately looking up parts and prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low‑Price Guarantee.
Maintain and secure the cash drawer; accept cash and checks, make accurate change, and process credit‑card transactions.
Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, in accordance with company policies.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
Assist with the completion of daily image‑maker and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.
Perform daily operational tasks such as preparing new, core, and warranty merchandise returns for shipment, assisting with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, and the like.
Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training and meeting company requirements.
Perform various in‑store services for customers (where state and local laws allow), e.g., installing wipers, testing or charging batteries, testing charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlightABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUV FVWAND other services.
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, provided the driving record meets company mandated eligibility requirements.
Complete any other duties as assigned.

Skills / Education / Knowledge / Experience / Abilities Required
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
Must ouvr be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously.
Desired
Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly Index system, and automotive sales or service.
ASE certification.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
