You will have a strong knowledge of Kitchen the renovation process whilst having confidence in achieving sales and KPI’s.This role requires flexibility to work across the week up including evenings is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.If this is you, then this is your opportunity to join a high performing friendly team based in one of several store locations available**What's involved:*** Actively engage with customers in our Kitchen display areas* Deliver personalised service during the pre-design consultation phase* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams* Identify growth opportunities and implement sales plans* Provide weekly sales reporting and insights to drive performance* Stay across competitor activity and market trends* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and business procedures**Who we’re looking for:**The role of an In-Store kitchen Consultant is highly rewarding and challenging so we are looking for someone with a background in kitchen or interior design, combined with proven sales capability and a strategic mindset.
