Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, requiring a presence in Phoenix, AZ, while allowing for some remote work flexibility. The Personal Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to support organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to provide comprehensive support
Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Diary Management, including scheduling and organizing appointments and tasks
Demonstrated Clerical Skills, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining general administrative duties
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively
Experience with office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and task management platforms
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Finance & Accounting proficiency strong
Up to 25% travel as required
Must be responsible and dependable
Self Motivated a must
