Key focus on developing internal talent, minimizing reliance on external contractors, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field 8+ years of property‑management experience Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Yardi Pay, MRI, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting In‑depth knowledge of NYC landlord‑tenant law and housing regulations CPM certification or relevant real‑estate designation preferred NY Real Estate License (required or ability to obtain) Interested in hearing more?
