We are hiring a full‑time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in
Kansas City, MO . In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers. Hours are 8:00 am –
tuntun 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, onsite at our service center.

What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, and expediting/returns.
Sourcing parts and assisting in generating sales.
Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers ՖՆ.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service or inside sales experience; industrial distribution or parts counter experience is a plus.
Attention to detail, accuracy, multitasking ability, and a sense of humor.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills, including Excel.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR).
