Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the site’s weekly schedule.
Direct and monitor construction activities.
Adhere to budget estimates and implement cost‑saving actions when possible.
Conduct daily site inspections.
Enforce safety standards and procedures.
Collaborate closely with assistant superintendents, forepersons, carpenters, and subcontractors to ensure the highest production, quality, safety, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience supervising commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $8,000,000.
College and/or professional degree, preferably in engineering or a related field, or a commensurate level of experience.
Extensive construction knowledge and a long history of successfully managed projects.
Personable and courteous attitude toward coworkers, subcontractors, and regulators.
Collaborative, respectful communication style.
Proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service.
Benefits

Up to $5,000 for relocation expenses.
