Job Description The Real Estate Department at Fox Corporation oversees and manages the company’s global real‑estate holdings including owned and leased properties. The Real Estate Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating key elements of various projects to ensure delivery is on time, on budget and satisfactory for executives and the business unit.
Responsibilities
Support internal studio lot leasing activities, including marketing efforts, financial projections, and space availability tracking.
Develop detailed lease deal comparisons and financial analyses to support lease negotiations and business unit decision‑making.
Prepare presentation decks and materials for project proposals and strategic initiatives submitted to senior leadership.
Support budget tracking and cost monitoring for active tenant improvement (TI) projects.
Maintain lease portfolio software, ensuring up‑to‑date and accurate lease data across the portfolio.
Manage the submission, tracking, and reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers into the payment portal and assist with their setup in the supplier management system.
Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, operations, and facilities teams to support real‑estate initiatives and ensure departmental alignment.
Provide administrative support including scheduling and coordinating meetings, arranging drive‑on passes for guests, and maintaining the contact database.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of admin or coordinator experience.
Experience in database utilization and familiarity with lease portfolio management systems and maintaining accurate lease records and critical dates.
Experience submitting, tracking, and reconciling invoices, as well as creating and managing purchase orders aligned with budgetary guidelines.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Exposure to tenant improvement (TI) or capital project budgeting, cost tracking, and coordination with project management teams.
Ability to create lease deal comparisons and conducting financial analyses to inform business decisions with data‑driven insights.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and writing skills, and ability to remain organized under pressure.
Highly organized with the ability to solve problems and multi‑task effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with changing priorities.
Demonstrated history of managing and maintaining confidential information.
Nice to Have
Background in corporate real estate, facilities, or legal.
