Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr

Brown & Brown, PC, a law firm located in the historic center of Bedford, is seeking an experienced real estate paralegal to join our busy practice. Candidates should be able to handle all aspects of real estate, from title order through post-closing for buyer, seller and lender representation.
Suburban office provides a collegial setting with hours that allow for work-life balance.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients from intake to closing
Work with Qualia software to prepare CD, ALTA, closing documents
Coordinate transactional needs with lenders, towns, other side
Enjoy being a team player
Education & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience working in real estate and handling all aspects of the transaction. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail; able to work independently; and possess excellent communication skills.
